Oakland University Music Lecturer Reaps Praise for I See You Awards® Theme Song

If you watched the livestream of the 5th Annual I See You Awards® on Sunday, August 29, 2021, you probably heard the I See You Awards theme song that made its debut during the show. That was a VERY special moment for us, because this year marked the second year we had been looking for a song that reflected everything that the I See You Awards stands for. So, we were absolutely thrilled when we heard "You See Me" from Carly Uhrig, a music lecturer and marketing manager for the School of Music, Theatre and Dance at Oakland University (OU).

The wonderful people at OU have posted an article about Carly on their website. We're equally as proud so we wanted to share it too. You can click here to read it.

To watch - or re-watch - the awards ceremony where you can also listen to our new theme song, visit our YouTube channel.

Thanks again to everyone who has supported the I See You Awards and indie filmmakers over the years! We see you and we appreciate you!
